New! Fundamentals of Aung Medical Qi Gong – via ZOOM

In this 5-week session, both newcomers and experienced practitioners are invited to join and explore:
- 4 basic breathing exercises to boost Vital Qi Energy and enhance body-mind-spirit harmony.
- Color visualization and Phonation exercises to regulate emotions and support healing.
- Gentle movement exercises for grounding and balancing body, mind, and spirit.
